We enclose herewith an executed Quit Claim Deed from
Peter J. Frey and wife to the Village of Edina relating to part
of Lot 1, Block 2, Edina Park. We have checked the records in the
office of the Register of Deeds pertaining to Lot 1, Block 3,
Westchester Knolls (the property immediately North of the Peter J.
Frey property) and are unable to find any record of an easement
relating thereto, Mr. Joe Danens seems quite certain that such
an easement was secured. If you have such an easement, we will be
happy to check the same as soon as your engineer has had an
opportunity to review the enclosed easement.
We also enclose herewith a letter signed by Peter J,
Frey and wife relating to lowering the grade of Lot 1, Block 2,
Edina Park. We read this letter to Mr. Joe Danens and he con-
sidered the same satisfactory.
