EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this bth day of DO*dm " , 19 62 , by

and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considers-

of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for utility purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
utility systems in and over the following described property situate in the

WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Tarrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for utility purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
utility systems in and over the following described property situate in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A utility easement sixty (60) feet in width the center line of which is described
as follows; Commencing at a point on the East line of the SW I of the RE I of
Section 31, Township 117, Range 21 said point being two hundred twenty -seven and
four tenths (227.4) feet South of the NE corner thereof; thence Southwesterly at
a deflection angle to the right of seventy -four degrees twenty -one minutes (740
211) a distance of four hundred forty-two and seven tenths (44297) feet; thence
on a curve to the right$ said curie having a central angle of forty -seven degrees
thirty -two minutes (47 0321) a radius of one hundred seventy and thirty -two
hundredths (170.32) feet, and a length of one hundred forty -one and three tenths
(141.3) feet; thence Northwesterly on the forward tangent to said curve a
distance of one hundred eighty -five and four tenths (185.}0 feet; thence on a
curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of eleven degrees thirty -
three minutes (110331), a radius of one thousand three hundred thirty -five and
eighty -four hundredths (1335.84) feet, and a length of two hundred sixty -nine
and twenty -nine hundredths (269.29) feet, to the intersection of the center
line of Stauder Circle and the South line of Parkwood Knolls 9th Addition and
there terminating.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the
party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said
utilities replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation,
