THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this Sth day of inbsr 19 62 , by

HW D AND VVE , of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for utility purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
utility systems in and over the following described property situate in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:

It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the
party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said
utilities replace a4y shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation..
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto

a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of one and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for utility purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
utility systems in and over the following described property situate in the

A utility easement 60 feet in width, the center line of which is described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of tie SW 1 of Section
31, Township 117, Range 21, said point being 160 feet West of the NE corner
of said W g; thence Northwesterly at a deflection angle to the right of
87 °45, a distance of 525 feet, said angle measured from NW corner of said
S'd -- thence on a curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of
19 057130 ", a radius of 1125.31 feet and a length of 391.99 feet; thence
Northeasterly on the forward tangent to said curve a distance of 22.12 feet;
thence on a curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 18000103 ",
a radius of 1182.78 feet and a length of 371.60 feet to a point at the
intersection of the center line of Londonderry Road and the South line of
Parkwood Knolls Addition and there terminating.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the
party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said
utilities replace any shrpbs or sod removed by any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation.
