Messenger and Dorothy S, Messenger, husband and wife of the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part; WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera- tion of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Eargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease- ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and recon- structing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits The north eleven and eighteen hundredths feet (11.181) of part of Lot 39, Auditors Subdivision No. 196 described as follows: Commencing on the east line of Lot 39 at a point 278.40 feet south from the northeast corner thereof; thence south 60.20 feet; thence south 420 43' west 295.70 feet; thence north 350 05' west 129.20 feet; thence north '120 11' east 132 feet; thence north 800 09' east 250,.60 feet to beginning except road.
