APRIL 25,2005

Answering rollcall for the continued meeting of the Board of Review were Members Hulbert,
Masica, Swenson, and Mayor Hovland.
Mayor Hovland explained the purpose of the continuation meeting was to allow the Board to
take action on the cases presented in person by residents and by the City Assessor on behalf of
absent residents regarding the 2005 assessed value of property. After action by the local Board of
Review residents may continue the process with Hennepin County.
The Board reviewed each property submitted and discussed whether to sustain, decrease or
increase the assessors estimated market value.
Motion of Member Masica, seconded by Member Swenson to sustain the staff's
recommendation for 2005 estimated market value of $406,800 for 5848 Creek Valley Road,PID
05-115-21-24-004.
Ayes: Hulbert, Masica, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
Motion of Member Hulbert, seconded by Member Masica to sustain the staff's
recommendation for 2005 estimated market value of $452,800 for 6804 Brook Drive, PID 05-
116-21-44-0041.

Motion carried.
Motion of Member Masica, seconded by Member Hulbert to sustain the staff's
recommendation for 2005 estimated market value of $178,000 for 7601 Edinborough Way
