MINUTES of the H.R.A. Meeting of February 23, 1987 were approved as submitted by motion of Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Turner. Ayes: Kelly, Richards, Smith, Turner, Courtney Motion carried. AWARD OF BID FOR DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS CONTINUED TO MARCH 16. As recommended by Manager Rosland, motion of Commissioner Kelly was seconded by Commissioner Turner to continue the award of bid for demolition and removal of buildings to the meeting of March 16, 1987. Ayes: Kelly, Richards, Smith, Turner, Courtney Motion carried. There being no further business on the HRA Agenda, the meeting was adjourned by motion of Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Turner. Motion carried. Ex cuti e irector r
