Inlet protection may be removed from a particular inlet if a specific safety concern (such as flooding) has been identified. The permitee must receive written correspondence from the City of Edina verifying the need for removal. Permitee shall conduct a visual inspection to determine which inlets need protection. (Inlet devises must be removed between Oct. 20th and Oct. 3 I st, Devises must be reinstalled by Mar. 1 5th weather permitting). 5.
