5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES AND
MAKE SURE THE EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES PLACED IN THOSE AREAS PREVENT
MIGRATION OF SENTIMENT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. ANY SEDIMENT THAT ESCAPES THE
SITE SHALL BE REMOVED AND IMPACTED PROPERTY RESTORED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL EXISTING STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES FROM
CONSTRUCTION RUN-OFF. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE CATCH BASININLET PROTECTION
FOR ALL STORM SEWER FILETS DOWNSTREAM OF THE SITE WITHIN ONE BLOCK OR AS
DIRECTED BY THE CITY OF EDINA.
7. ADJACENT STREETS SHALL BE KEPT CLEAN OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, DIRT, AND
OTHER UNDESIRABLE MATERIALS. WHEN MATERIALS OR DEBRIS HAVE WASHED/FLOWED
ONTO ADJACENT STREETS, IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SWEEP/SCRAPE
STREETS AS NECESSARY OR AS DIRECTED BY THE CITY OF EDINA.
B. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL, INCLUDING THE
REMOVAL OF ACCUMULATED SEDIMENT, THROUGH COMPLETION OF BULDING CONSTRUCTION.
EROSION CONTROL FACILITES MAY ONLY BE REMOVED UPON COMPLETION OF BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMANENT VEGETATION.
q. IF TEMPORARY PUMPED DISCHARGE 15 REQUIRED DURING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY SEDIMENT BASIN WITH THE CAPACITY

OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
II. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL UTILIZE WOOD FIBER BLANKET FOR ALL AREAS OF
CONCENTRATION FLOW AND FOR ALL SLOPES 3:1 OR GREATER.
12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SOD DISTURBED DRAINAGE AREAS, INCLUDING SWALES AND
OVERFLOWS.
13. EXCESS SOIL SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE OTHER EXPOSED SOL AND STABILIZED WITHIN
72 HOURS. ANY SOL STOCKPILES ARE TO HAVE SILT FENCE ON DOWNSTREAM SIDES.
14. UPON COMPLETION OF srre CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL A MINIUM OF

DISPOSED OF IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED BY LOCAL AND/OR STATE REGULATION OR BY
THE MANUFACTURER.
3. SANITARY WASTE - ALL SANITARY WASTE WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PORTABLE
UNITS BY LOCAL, LICENSED WATER MANAGEMENT COMPANY AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL
REGULATION.
4 OFFSITE VEHICLE TRACKING - A ROCK CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE HAS BEEN PROVIDED
TO HELP REDUCE VEHICLE TRACKING OF SEDIMENTS. THE PAVED STREET ADJACENT
TO THE SITE ENTRANCE SHALL BE SWEPT/SCRAPED ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS OR AS
DETERMINED BY THE CITY OF EDINA. DUMP TRUCKS HAULING LOOSE MATERIALS (SAND,
TOPSOIL, ETC.) TO AND/OR FROM THE SITE SHALL BE COVERED WITH A TARPAULIN.

NOT BE WASHED ON SITE. ANY CONCRETE DRUM WASHOUT IS NOT PERMITTED ON
SITE UNLESS AN CONTANMENT FACILITY IS APPROVED BY CITY OF EDINA ENGINEERING
PRIOR TO USE. AFTER ENGINEER APPROVAL, CONCRETE DRUMS AND CONSTRUCTION
EQUIPMENT SHALL ONLY BE WASHED IN DESIGNATED AREAS WHICH ARE LOCATED A
MINIMUM OF 50' FEET FROM DITCHES, PONDS OR OTHER STORMWATER FEATURES. ALL
LIQUID AND SOLID WASTE GENERATED BY WASHOUT OPERATIONS MUST BE CONTAINED
IN AN LEAK PROOF CONTAINMENT FACILITY OR IMPERMEABLE LINER (E.G. COMPACTED
CLAY LINER, IMPERMEABLE GEO-MEMBRANE) AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
6. SPILL PREVENTION AND CONTROL - ALL VEHICLES WILL BE CHECKED FOR LEAKING OIL
AND FLUIDS. VEHICLES LEAKING FLUIDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON-SITE. SPILL KITS
WILL BE STORED ON-SITE AND ALL SPLLS WILL BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER
