EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS DRAINING OFF SITE SHALL NOT BE ALTERED.
DRAINAGE TO THE EAST & WEST SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE STREET TO THE SOUTH.
PROPOSED IMPERVIOUS AREA IS GREATER THAN EXISTING, HOWEVER NEWLY CREATED IMPERVIOUS
SURFACES SHALL BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE STREET. LESS TOTAL AREA AND LESS IMPERVIOUS
AREA WILL RUNOFF TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES IN THE PROPOSED SCENARIO.
SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES MUST BE ESTABLISHED ON ALL
DOWN GRADIENT PERIMETERS BEFORE ANY UPGRADIENT LAND IMPERVIOUS CALCULATIONS:
DISTURBING ACTIVITIES BEGIN. THESE PRACTICES SHALL REMAIN IN EXISTING IMPERVIOUS SURFACE = 2,539 SF
PLACE UNTIL FINAL STABILIZATION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. PROPOSED IMPERVIOUS SURFACE = 2,831 SF
ALL STORM DRAIN INLETS MUST BE PROTECTED BY APPROPRIATE
BMPS DURING CONSTRUCTION UNTIL ALL SOURCES WITH POTENTIAL
FOR DISCHARGING TO THE INLET HAVE BEEN STABILIZED.
TEMPORARY SOIL STOCKPILES MUST HAVE SILT FENCE OR OTHER
EFFECTIVE SEDIMENT CONTROLS, AND CANNOT BE PLACED IN
SURFACE WATERS, INCLUDING STORMWATER CONVEYANCES SUCH
AS CURB AND GUTTER SYSTEMS, OR CONDUITS AND DITCHES
UNLESS THERE IS A BYPASS IN PLACE FOR THE STORMWATER.
VEHICLE TRACKING OF SEDIMENT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
MUST BE MINIMIZED BY A ROCK CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE. STREET
SWEEPING MUST BE USED IF THE ROCK ENTRANCE IS NOT
ADEQUATE TO PREVENT SEDIMENT FROM BEING TRACKED ONTO THE
STREET.
