RESOLUTION NO. 2016-79
CALLING PUBLIC HEARINGS
FOR CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON OCTOBERS, 2016
AND DELINQUENT UTILITIES ON OCTOBER 18, 2016
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a
public hearing shall be held on the 5TH day of October, 2016, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment, and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such

Countryside H Neighborhood Roadway Improvements, Improvement No. BA-413
Prospect Knolls B Neighborhood Roadway Improvements, Improvement No. BA-414
Dewey Hill G Neighborhood Roadway Improvements, Improvement No. BA-415
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing
shall be held on the 18TH day of October, 2016, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon
such certification of Delinquent Utilities - DU-16, and at such time and place al persons owning property
affected by such certification will be given an opportunity to be heard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MW SO A, that the City Clerk is
directed to publish and mail notices of the aforementioned public hearings.
