ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to close the work session of the Edina HRA as permitted by MS. 13D.05 subdivision 3(c) to consider the
potential purchase of the property located at 5220 Eden Avenue.
INTRODUCTION:
In order for the HRA to move into close session to discuss the potential purchase of real property located at 5220
Eden Avenue, the Council must first take action to close the meeting. The meeting will continue to be
recorded.
