RESOLUTION NO. 2016-104
SET PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR
NOVEMBER 1, 2016 FOR
PARKLAWN AVENUE (WEST 76TH STREET TO FRANCE AVENUE) RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-444
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a
public hearing shall be held on the 1St day of November, 2016, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00
p.m., to consider street reconstruction for Parklawn Avenue from West 76th Street to France Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
