RESOLUTION NO. 2014-138
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL HOUSING IN THE RMD, REGIONAL MEDICAL DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1. BACKGROUND.
1.01 The City Council previously adopted Resolutions 2013-61 and 2014-93 approving
comprehensive plan amendments to allow additional housing in the RMD, Regional Medical
District subject to Metropolitan Council authorization to adopt the amendment. The Findings in
Resolution 2013-61 and 2014-93 are incorporated herein by this reference.
1.02 On November 12, 2014 the Metropolitan Council authorized the City to adopt the
Comprehensive Plan amendments.
. Section 2. ADOPTION
The following Comprehensive Plan amendment is adopted:
