in the last line of the West 330 feet of the Southeast i of the Northwest } of Section 29, said point being distant 395 feet North of the intersection of said
East line with the South line of the Northwest } of the Southeast } of the Northwest } of said Section 29; thence South along said East line of the West 330
feet to the Northwest corner of Replat of part of Gilwood Addition. as of record and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin
County; thence Northeasterly to the Southeast corner of said Northwest } of the Southeast } of the Northwest J; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning.
Also that part of Lot 41 Rolling Green described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of said Lot 41, which point is 209 feet Northwesterly
measured along said Southwesterly line of Lot 41 from the Northeast corner of the Southwest } of the Southeast } of the Northwest } of said Section 29, thence
Northeasterly at right angles to said Southwesterly line of Lot 41 to the Southwesterly line of Bywood West as dedicated in Rolling Green; thence Northwesterly
along the Southwesterly line of Bywood West a distance of 16 feet; thence Southwesterly and at right angles to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 41; thence
Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 41 to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BECKSTROM ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever Bywood West for roadway
purposes as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the annexed plat.

designated on said plat other than as shown hereon.
