KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that DALE E. JOHNSON and BLANCHE H. JOHNSON husband and wife
owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in the STATE OF MINNES, County of HENNEPIN
to wit,LOTS 24 THRU. 30 WILLARDS SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 17, MENDELSSOHN , together with that part of the West
one-half of vacated Dearborn Street lying between the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 24 and the Easterly
extension of the North line of Lot 30 in said Subdivision.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BLANCHE ADDITION; and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the Court as shown on the annexed plat. Also subiect to sewer,drainage and utility easements
as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof said
DALE E. JOHNSON and BLANCHE H. JOHNSON, husband and wife have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
this day of A.D. 1961.

that they executed the some as their own free act and deed.

I do hereby certify that I have surveyed and platted the proper t described on this plat as BLANCHE ADDITION ; that
this plat is a correct representation of said survey ; that all distances are correctly shown on the plat in feet and
decimals of a foot; that the monuments for guidance of future surveys have been correctly placed in the ground as
shown on the plat; that the outside boundary lines are correctly designated on the plat;
and that there are no wet lands or public highways to be designated other than as
shown thereon.
