KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Village Associates of Edina, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor and Bancal
Mortgage Company, a California corporation, mortgagee of the following described land situate in the county of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, to wit:
