Know all men by Lhese presents: that R.H.P. Investment Company, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Lot 41, Auditor's Subdivision Number 196, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of said Lot 41; thence East along the South line of said Lot 41 a .iistance of 215 feet; thence North parallel to the West line
of said Lot 41 and its extension a distance of 1055 feet to the actual point, of beginning; thence East parallel to the South line of
said Lot 41, a distance of 223.5 feet; thence North, parallel to the extension of the West line of said Lot 41 to the Southerly line
of County Road No. 39; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of saia County Road No. 39 to the intersection with a line drawn from
the actual point of beginning and parallel to the extension of the West line of said Lam;; 41; thence South along said last described
parallel line to the actual point of beginning, also Outlot 1, Braemar Hills Second Addition, according to the plat thereof or) file
and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRAEMAR HILLS SIXTH ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use for-
ever the road as shown on the plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the plat.
