point on the West line of the said Northwest4 of the Northeast 4, 236,51 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence
North along said 'Nest line 228.3 feet to the Southwest corner of DAHLQUIST ADDITION; thence East along the South line of said
addition a distance of 350 feet to the Southeast corner of said addition; thence North along the East line of said addition
