Know all men by these presents that Wallace 0. Lilja and Maren H. Lilja, his wife, owners and proprietors
and First Edina National Bank, a United States corporation, mortgagee of the following described property
situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 116, Range 21, described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
distant 870.00 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence on an assumed bearing of West along said
North line 535.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the North-
east Quarter, a distance of 70.00 feet; thence East 15.00 feet; thence South 34 degrees 22 minutes East,
272.90 feet; thence South 26 degrees 25 minutes East, 215.50 feet; thence Northeasterly to the point of
beginning,, except that part thereof embraced in BRAEMAR HILLS according to the recorded plat thereof.
Havecaused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRAEMAR'S HOMESTEAD ADDITION, and do hereby
donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road and easements for drainage and utility
purposes as shown on the plat.
