KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. that Wendell Brown and Lucille E. Brown, his wife, fee owners, and The
Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, a life insurance company incorporated under the laws
of the State of New York,mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota
and County of Hennepin to wit:
That part of Lot 42, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 325, Hennepin County, Minnesota", on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, County of Hennepin, lying South of a
line described as beginning at a point in the East Cine of said Lot 42 distant 118.47 feet
North from the Southeast corner of said Lot 42 and thence Westerly passing through a point
in the West line of said Lot 42 distant 121.15 feet North from the Southwest corner of said
Lot 42.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BROWNSWOOD ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to
the public for public use forever the Cane and the utility easements as shown on the plat.
In witness whereof said Wendell Brown and Lucille E. Brown, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seats
