Know all men by these presents that Haverly Construction Co., Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner
and proprietor of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin to wit: Lot B, "Indian Hills", except that part thereof lying Northeasterly of a line
drawn at right angles to the Southeasterly line of said lot from a point in said Southeasterly line
distant 130 feet Southwesterly of the most Easterly corner of said lot, according to the recorded
plat thereof. Outlot 2, Cherokee Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof. Outlot 1, Cherokee
Hills 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registra
of Titles in and for said Hennepin County. Outlot 1, Cherokee Hills 3rd Addition, according to the
plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin
County, except that part thereof embraced in Cherokee Hills 5th Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CHEROKEE HILLS 6TH ADDITION and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Trail and easements for utility
and drainage purposes as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof said Haverly Construction
Co., Inc., has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to
be hereunto affixed this day of A.D. 1967,

sworn did say that they are respectively president and secretary of Haverly Construction Co., Inc.,
the corporation named in the foregoing instrument, that the corporate seal affixed to said instrumen
is the corporate seal of said corporation and that said instrument was signed and sealed in behalf
of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said John E. Haverly and Lois K.
Haverly acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.

I hereby certify that i have surveyed and platted the property described on this plat as CHEROKEE
HILLS 6TH ADDITION; that this plat is a correct representation of said survey; that all distances

future surveys are correctly placed in the ground as shown on the plat; that the outside boundary
lines are correctly designated on the plat and that there re no wet lands or public highways to be
