KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That R.E.C., Inc., a Minnesota corporation,
fee owner and American National Bank and Trust Company, a national banking
association, under the laws of the United States, mortgagee of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to
wit:
The West 914.4 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 116, Range 21 lying North of North line of
the South 32 acres thereof.
That part of the North 12-1/2 acres of the South 32 acres of the Northwest

271.8 feet, more or less, to the North line of the South 32 acres of
the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 8;
thence East along said North line to the East line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence North along
said East line 16.65 feet, more or less, to a point 255.75 feet South
of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 8; thence West 255.75 feet; thence North
255.75 feet; thence West along said North line 161.6 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning. ALSO
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8,
Township 116, Range 21 described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence south along the east line
thereof 255.75 feet (15-1/2 rods); thence west and parallel with the
north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 255.75
feet (15-1/2 rods); thence north and parallel with said east line of
said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, 255.75 feet (15-1/2
rods), to the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter; thence east along said north line 255.75 feet (15-1/2 rods)
to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CLARKS 2ND ADDITION and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road,
street and circle and do hereby grant to the City of Edina the utility and
drainage easements as shown on the plat.
