KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That John D. Gabbert and Martha W. Gabbert, husband and wife, owners and koprietors, and IDS LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the County'16f Hennepin, State of
