Know all men by these presents that Interchange Partnership, a co -partnership, owner and proprietor of the following
described property in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The West 220.0 feet of Lot 4, Block 6, Edina Interchange Center lying South of the Northeasterly 40.0'feet thereof,
said 220.0 feat being measured along the radial line of the West lot, line, said 40.0 feet measured at right angles
with the Northerly line of said Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, Edina Interchange Center, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Ha5 caused the same to be surveyed and platted as EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER SIXTH ADDITION and does hereby donate and
dedicate to the public.fpr public.use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
