Lynch, his rife, owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota: The South 264 feet of the West 170.66 feet of Lot 5, Carden Park, as of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. That part of Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5, Garden Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 5, Garden Park, Hennepin Ca. Minn., which point is 16 rods North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line of said Lot 5 and along the West lines of Lots 4, 3 and 1, said Garden Park, Hennepin Co., Minn., a distance of 1047.6 feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of U. S. Trunk Highway; thence Northeasterly along said Southerly line of said U. S. Highway, a dietence of 190 feet; theme* Southeasterly a distance of 247.25 feet to a point 292.02 feet Zest of the West line of said Lot 1, measured at right angles, thereto; thence South and parallel to the West line of said Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5, a distance of 882.87 feet, more or less, to a point 16 rods North of the South line of said Lot 5; thence West 292.02 feet, more or less, to the place or point of beginning;, except that part lying North of the Horth line of Lot 3 in said Garden Park, Hennepin Co., Minn. And that we, Edward J. Lynch, owner and proprietor, and Felix Moses, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; The West one (1) acre, more or less, of lot two (2), described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said lot two(2); thence northwesterly along the southwest line of said lot two (2) a distance of five hundred four and six -tenths (504.6) feet to the intersection of the south line of the U. S. Highway; thence northeasterly along the south lin* of said highway a distance of one hundred seventy-two (172) feet; thence southeasterly to the point of beginning. Also That part of Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5, described as follows: Beginning at a point in Southerly line of U. S. Highway 190 feet Northeasterly of the West line of Lot 1; thence Southeasterly 247.25 feet to a point 292.02 feet East of the West line of said Lot 1, measured at right angles thereto; thence South parallel to the West line of said Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5. 882.87 feet, more or less, to a point 16 rods Horth of the South line of said Lot 5; thence East parallel with the South line of said Lot 5 to the Zest line of said Lot 5, thence North along the East line of Lots 5, 4 and 3 to the Southeast corner of Lot 2; thence West along the South line of Lot 2 to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 2, 504.6 feet to the South line of U. S. Highway; thence Southwesterly along the South line of said U. S. Highway to the point of beginning, in Garden Park, Hennepin Co., Minn. according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as EDINA PARKLANDS and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the avenue, drive, street and roads as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility and drainage easements as shown on the annexed plat.
