and Lynn L. Zamansky, his wife who joins in the execution of this plat to bind her
interest as spouse of said fee owner of the_ fol lowing described property situated
in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit ;
Outlot A, ZAMANSKY ADDITION, according to the recorded plat
thereof, said Hennepin County.
And that Bahram Mozayeny and Minoo Mozayeny, husband and wife, fee
owners of the following described property situated in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 4, Township 116, Range
21, described as follows: Beginning at a point 30 feet south of
the north line and 717 feet west of the east line of said
Government Lot 3 as measured along said north and east lines of
Government Lot 3; thence west parallel with the north line of
said Government Lot 3 a distance of 150 feet; thence south
parallel with the east line of said Lot 3 a distance of 400
feet; thence east parallel with the north line of Government Lot
3 a distance of 150 feet; thence north parallel with the east
line of said Lot a distance of 400 feet to the point of
beginning, all in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And that Richard J. Krentz and Patricia A. Krentz, husband and
wife, fee owners, and William W. Krentz, single, mortgagee of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 4, Township 116 North,
Range 21 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of Government
Lot 3, said Section 4, which point is distant 430 feet south of
the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence south along the east
line of said Government Lot 3, a distance of 150 feet; thence
west parallel with the north line of said Lot 3 a distance of
867 feet; thence north parallel with the east line of said Lot,
a distance of 150 feet; thence east 867 feet to the point of
beginning, according to the United States Government Survey
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies west of the
westerly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 100 as per
County Recorder Document No. 4552222.
EXCEPT that part which lies easterly of the westerly right-of-
