Know all men by these presents that Ruth M. Schaefer, widow, owner and proprietor of
the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin towit: That part of the East } of the Northwest # of the Southeast } of
Section 30, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at the Southeast corner
of HAROLD WOODS; thence South along the East line of said Northwest # of the
Southeast # a distance of 301,41 feet; thence at a right angle West 71 feet; thence
Westerly on a tangential curve to the right, with a radius of 402.58 feet, a distance
of 10.5.4 feet; thence Westerly on a reverse curve to the left with a radius of
208.26 feet, a distance of 98.14 feet; thence Northerly 274.28 feet to a point in the
South line of said HAROLD WOODS, distant 320.03 feet West, measured along said South
line, from the point of beginning; thence East along the South tine of said HAROLD
WOODS, 320.03 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract being a part of Lot 11,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 325, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Have caused the same to
be surveyed and platted as HAROLD WOODS SECOND ADDITION and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road as shown on the annexed plat.
