Know all men by these presents: That John H. Wright and Mary I. Wright, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the

That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 117, Range 21 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point 455.0 feet East of the West line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and 50.0 feet South of the North line thereof, thence South and parallel with the
West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 326.3 feet more or less, to the Northwesterly right of
way line of U.S. Highway No. 169-212, thence Northeasterly along the said Northwesterly right of way line, 166.85
feet, thence North and parallel with the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 254.8
feet to a point 50.0 feet South of the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence West
and parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 150.0 feet to place of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as HEATHER HILL and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public
use forever the utility and drainage easements as shown on this plat.
