North along a line parallel to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 8,
for a distance of 191 feet, thence East along a line parallel to the said South line of the said 12-1/2 acres to
the East line thereof, thence South 191 feet to the point of beginning, according to the Government survey thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as HIGHLANDER TOWNHOMES, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public, for public use forever, the road and the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
