Know all men by these presents that Grant E. Hill and Ella A. Hill, his wife, owners
and proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota
and County of Hennepin, towit: That part of the Northeast i of the Southeast # of
Section 29, Township 117,North, Range 21 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described'
as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast it of the Southeast
distant 256.14 feet west from the Northeast corner thereof; thence West 206.14 feet to the
East line of Skyline Drive extended along said line; thence South 304.12 feet more or less
to the North line of Park in said plat of Skyline; thence East along said North line
207.73 feet to a point 257.72 feet West from the East line of said Northeast % of the
Southeast #; thence North 302.78 feet to the point of beginning, according to the United
States Government survey thereof, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as
HILL'S INTERLACHEN ADDITION acrd do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the boulevard and easement for utility purposes as shown on the annexed plat.
