Know all men by these presents that Southdale Holding Company, a Minnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor, of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin, towit: Lots 21 and 22, Block 2, Peacedale Acres, Hennepin County, Minn., according to
the map or plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
said County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, has caused the same toA*surveyed and platted as HIPPE'S
PAMELA TERRACE and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road and
easement for utility purposes as shown on the annexed plat, in wiliness whereof said Southdale
Holding Company has caused these presnts to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate

corporate seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation and that said
instrument was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of Its Board of Directors
and said Robert J. Crabb and Hadlai A, Hull acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed
of said corporation.
