Know ate men by these presents that Wallace R, Kenneth and Jean A. Kenneth, his wife, owners and proprietors of the
following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towitj That part of the
Southwest # of Section 30, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at the Southeast corner of the duly
recorded plat of INTERLACHEN HILLS; thence West along the South line of said addition to the Southwest corner of
said addition; thence South along the West line of said Section 30, a distance of 800 feet; thence at a right angle
East a distance of 1400 feet; thence at a right angle North a distance of 230 feet; thence at a right angle East a
distance of 332.85 feet; thence Northerly deflecting to the left 90.13'50" a distance of 21,72 feet; thence
Northwesterly on a tangential curve to the left, with a radius of 358.45 feet, a distance of 276.83 feet; thence
on a tangential curve to the right, with a radius of 211x.59 feet, a distance of 301.83 feet; thence Northeasterly
in a straight line,tangent to last described curve, a distance of 20.08 feet to the point of beginning, have caused
the same to be surveyed and platted as INTERLACHEN HILLS 2ND ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the Road, Drive and easement for sewer and water main purposes as shown on the annexed plat.
