KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whitney E. Peyton and Nancy 0. Peyton,
husband and wife, fee owners and Jyland Development, Inc., a Minnesota
corporation, contract purchaser of the following described property situated in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:

boundaries in the plat of; Muir Woods are marked by Judicial Landmarks set
pursuant to Torrens Case No. 13860 as shown by the plat of survey on file
