Know all men by these presents that Waldo T. Mareck and Dorothy W, Mareck, his wife, owners a.
proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Mi nnesota 'and County ot,
Hennepin, towit: Lots 12 end 13, Block 2, ARDEN PARK, according to the plat thereof on record
1n the Office of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin; also Eve H. Olson, also known as
Eve H. Mot Ian and Stanley C. Olson, her husband, owners and proprietors of the following described

who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged that they exeyruted the same as their
own free act and deed.
