distance of 631.73 feet to the North line of said Section; thence West along the North line of said Section 31 to the place of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MALIBU HEIGHTS and do hereby donate and dedicate to the rublic for public use forever the drive as shown on the plat, also
subject to the utility easements as shown on the olat.
