KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That CDS Partners, a Minnesota general
partnership, fee owner, and Eastern Heights State Bank of St. Paul, a Minnesota
corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 11, "AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 325, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA",
except that part platted as HAROLD WOODS, HAROLD WOODS SECOND ADDITION and
