Know all men by these presents that Gunnar V. Johnson and Malt Johnson, his wife, owners and
proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County
of Hennepin towits That part of the Northeast a of the Northeast a of Section 29, Township
117, Range 21, lying North of Hilidale - LaLone Addition, Also Lot 1, Block 2, Hiildale -
LaLone Addition, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MEADOWBROOK OAKS and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road shown as Circle West
and easements for utility purposes as shown on the anne ed plat. In witness whereof we have
