s That Gross Construction Company, a Minnesota Corporation, owners and proprietors of the following
described property situed in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: The North 1/3 of Block 21, Mendelssohn, except
the North 103 1/3 feet the West K2 thereof according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, has \caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MENDELSSOHN ADDITION -GROSS REPLAT , and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for the public use forever the Street and Avenue as shown on the annexed plat. Also
subject to the drainageland utility easements as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof the above mentioned Corporation
has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed thisday of
