Know all men by these presents that Clarence L. Sorensen and Agnes E. Sorensen, his wife, owners
and proprietors of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin, towit: East One-half (E}) of the South One-half (Sj) of Block Twenty-two (22), Mendeissohn,
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County. Also Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association, an United States Corporation
organized under the laws of the United States, Mortgagee, of the following described property, towit:
The East 85 feet of the South j of Block 22, Mendelssohn, have caused the'same to be surveyed and
platted as MENDELSSOHN-SORENSEN 4EPLAT and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
