Know all menby these presents; that we, Lywana M. Yoerks and David C.
Yoerks, her husband, owners and proprietors, and Arnold P Mikulay, single, and Leonard J. Mikulay,
single, purchosers under contract, and the !,in,eopoils Savings and Loan Association, a ,Minnesota

described as follows: Commencing, the South line of sold Section at a point thirty

on sold. South line Seven hundred ~i;Fteen and eighty six one hundredths (715.86) feet more
or less to a point therein distant sc>ven.-een and sixteen hundredths (l7l6) rods West from

Have caused the some to be surveyed and platted as "MIKULAY'S ADDITION and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the street, avenue and road
as shown on the annexed plat and subject to the easements for public utilities as shown
on said plat.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals, and the
Minneapolis Savings and Loan Association have caused these presents to be signed by its
