.KNOW ALL MENjBY THESE PRESENTS: That Carl T. Jensen and Hazel F. Jensen, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of
the followingdescribed property, situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: All that part of
Block 28, MEDELSSOHN, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in
and for said; Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Southwesterly of a line described as follows: Commencing at a point in
the West line of said Block 28, which point is 150 feet distant South from the Northwest corner of said Block 28;
thence runni�g Southeasterly in a straight line to a point in the East line of said Block 28, which point is 300 feet
distant Sout, from the Northeast corner of said Block 28, and including that part of the East half of Main Street,
vacated, lying between extension Westward of the Southerly and the Northeasterly lines of above tract. Ail that part

in and for H nnepin County, Minnesota, as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block 27; thence North
along the West line of said Block 297.95 feet to the center line of County Road No. 64 as the same is now laid out
and traveled4 thence Southeasterly, making an angle of 117 degrees, 35 minutes to the right from said last described
course alongl the center line of said road a distance of 314.45 feet; thence Southwesterly, making an angle of 83
degrees, 30 inutes to the right from said last described course, atony the center line of said road a distance of
162.95 feet ko a point in the South tine of said Block 27 distant 220.35 feet East of the point of beginning; thence
West along the South line of said Brock 220.35 feet to the point of beginning. Have"caused the same to be surveyed
