KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That WEST SEVENTY-EIGHTH STREET, L.L.C., a Minnesota limited liability company, owner and
proprietor, and AMERICANA BANK, a Minnesota Bank corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the County of

247.85 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 953.10 feet and a central angle of 14 degrees
53 minutes 58 seconds to said line ':Y" and 'there said described line terminating.

use forever, the street and the drainage and utility easements as shown on said plat.
