KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That B. Dalton Company, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the following

All that part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER, lying Northerly of a line drawn parallel
with and 402.00 feet Northerly of, as measured at right angles to, the southerly line of Lot 3, Block 6,
EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER, and lying Westerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 215.00 feet Westerf
of the following described line:
