Know all mein by these presents that Carl M. Hansen and Helen M. Hansen, his wife, owners and proprietors of the following described
property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towit: That part of the Southwest of the Northeast of
Section 31, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southwest of the Northeast; thence

according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, have caused the same to be Surveyed and platted as PARKWOOD KNOLLS 11TH ADDITION,
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road, Lane, DYiVe and Easements for Utility Purposes
as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof Carl M. Hansen and Helen M. Hansen, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and
