Know all men by these presents that Carl M. Hansen Development Company, owner
and proprietor, of the following described property situate in thState of

according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Regis-
trar of Titles, said county. That part of the Southwest s of the Northeast J of

ner of said Southwest # of the Northeast J; thence Westerly along the South line
of the Southeast j of the Northwest i of said section, a distance of 120 feet;
thence at a right angle Northerly 330 feet; thence at a right angle Easterly
505 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described;
thence continuing Easterly along last described course 115 feet; thence Southerly
deflecting to the right at an angle of 97 degrees a distance of 210 feet; thence
Southeasterly to the Southeast corner of said Southwest # of the Northeast #;
thence North along the East line of said Southwest # of the Northeast # to the

distance of 182.93 feet to the actual point of beginning. For purposes of this
