described line, towit: Beginning at a point in the North line of the Northeast # of the Southeast fi
of said section, distant 924.66 feet west, measured along said North line, from the Northeast corner
of said quarter -quarter; thence South 12°-52'-0511 West, 75.46 feet; thence South 20-301 East,
120 feet; thence Soutn 220 East, 260 feet; thence South 560-35'-3411 west, 151.17 feet; thence
South 39°-151 East, 160 feet to the Northwesterly line of U.S. Highway No. 169 and there terminating.
According to the United State Government Survey thereof. For purpose of the the above described
tracts the East line of the Northeast 4 of said Section 31, is assumed to be a due North and South
line. Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PARKW009 rNOLLS 8TH ADDITION and do hereby
donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the roads"II ne and circle as shown on the
annexed plat, also the Utility and Drainage Easements as shown on the annexed plat, for use of
municipality or other public utilities, for installation and maintenance of facilities in and over
said easements to serve adjacent or other premises in the vicinity. In witness whereof said Carl
M. Hansen Development Company has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officer and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this day of A.D. 1959.
