Know all men by these presents that Rembrandt of Edina, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor, and Federal National Mortgage
-Association, an United States corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin to wit: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 29, Township 28, Range 24, described as commencing
at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 162 feet South from the Northeast corner of said

Quarter of said Section 29; thence East along the last described North line to a line drawn South, parallel with said East line, from the
point of beginning; thence North along the last described parallel line to the point of beginning, according to the Government Survey there-
of. The West line of said tract is marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Cases No, 10266 and No, 12119.
Also that Rembrandt Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation, owner and proprietor and Eberhardt Company, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee,
of the following described property to wit: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 29, Township 28, Range 2
described as beginning at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 162 feet South from the North-
east corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West, parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter, a distance of 383.674 feet; thence South, parallel with said East line to the North line of the South 198 feet of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 29; thence East along the last described North line to
the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North along said East line to the point of beginning; except the
East 233 feet thereof, according to the Government Survey thereof.
The South line of said tract is marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. 12119.
Also that Heritage of Edina, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor and Rembrandt Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation
purchaser under contract for deed, and Volunteers of America Care Facilities, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, purchaser under contract for
deed, and New York Life Insurance Company, a New York corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property to wit: The East 233
feet of the following described tract: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 29, Township 28, Range 24
described as beginning at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 162 feet South from the

20 feet South from the point of beginning; thence North to the point of beginning, according to the Government Survey thereof. The South

as REMBRANDT MANOR, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the avenue and drive as shown on the plat. In
