Know all men by these presents: That Donald R. Berg and Shirley Berg, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota:
Those parts of Tracts C and D, Registered land Survey Number 424, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, described as follows: Beginning at the
Northeast corner of said Tract C; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Tract C a distance of 164.3 feet; thence deflecting to the right 65 degrees
49 minutes, 30 seconds a distance of 230.64 feet; thence Westerly to a point on the Westerly line of said Tract D distant 286.46 feet Southerly from the
Northwest corner of said Tract D; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Tract D to the Northwest corner of said Tract D; thence East along the North
line of said Tracts D and C to the point of beginning, except the North 25 feet of said Tracts C and D.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as SCEPTIC VALLEY ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Lana as shown on the
plat, also subject to the utility easements as shown on the plat.
