Know al_ men by these presents: That Poppler-Cardarelle, Inc, a Einnesota corporation, owners and proprietors; a::d Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Aseocietio:1, a
corroration organized and existing under the laws oi• the United States of America, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of i{inaesota, to wit:
T:.e North 20 rods of the cast 80 rods of Government Lot 1, Section 32, Township 117 North, Range 21 Feet of the 5th Principal Meridian, except the Best 303 feet thereof.
Also the South 180 feet of the Northeast y of the Southwest 4 of said Section 32, except the Best 703 feet thereof.
Excepting also from the above described parcels of land that part thereof lying Westerly of a line described as follows: Co::.menci.g at a l;oint on the South_ line of said North 20
rods 303 feet West of the East line of Government Lot 1, thence on an assumed bearing of N 89 59' 30" W along said South line a distance of 569.43 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence Northerly along a curve concave to the West, said curve having a radius of 205 feet central angle of 37 34' 46" and cord bearing
of S 8 12' 37" B, an arc distance of 173.8 feet, to a point of compound curve; thence Northwesterly along a curve concave to the Southwest, said curve having a radius of 450 feet
and being tangent with the last described curve, to its intersection with the North line of the above -mentioned South 180 feet and there terminating.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and Llatted as SCENIC VIEW FIRST ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the circle and boulevard
as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the easements as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof Poppler-Cardarelle, Inc. has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this.
day of A.D. 1907, and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers andits corporate seal to be
