KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Centennial Land Limited Partnership, a Minnesota
limited partnership, an undivided 91.43% interest and John W. Hedberg, an undivided 8.57% interest, fee owners,
and that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, contract purchaser, of the following described property situate in the County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Outlot E, South Edina Development Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof;
The registered portion of said Outlot E is described as follows:
That part of Outlot E, South Edina Development Addition, embraced within the East %, of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 28, Range 24, according to the recorded plat
thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County;
And that South Edina Development Corporation, a Minnesota Corporation, fee owner of the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 4, South Edina Development Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof;
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as SOUTH EDINA DEVELOPMENT THIRD ADDITION, and
do hereby donate and dedicate to the public, for public use forever, the drainage and utility easements as shown on
the plat. In witness: whereof, said Centennial Land Limited Partnership, a Minnesota limited partnership, has caused
these presents to be signed by of Centennial Land LLC, a Minnesota
Iimited liability company, its general partner, this _day of 1996, and in witness whereof said John
W. Hedberg and Jean M. Hedberg, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands this _ day of
